Ticking Clock
Everyone has a ticking clock
Eventually yours too will stop
The movement of the hourglass
Eventually the sand will pass
Some of the sand that gets stuck in between
Makes you confuse reality and dreams
You’re a burden to others
A danger to yourself
Nature’s bomb from within
It affects and attacks your skin
Your eyes slowly go blind
Your mind grows vague
Like a plague your teeth decays
You want no more, you do not have the strength
In an aimless night you wander you repent
You hold on a little longer on to some faith
But your time is up death is way too late
Where are you
death?
Take away my
Breath
…
Take away my life
Make it quick do it now
It’s too quiet in my head
